I deliver results in complex medical environments by motivating individuals and teams with ownership and accountability, and help organisations pursue opportunities through innovation.

I believe that effective leadership and development of surgical and procedural experts requires at least a basic technical understanding, so I maintain clinical proficiency as a circulating, scrub and PACU nurse in adult and pediatric settings.

My approach is focused on building a “can do” culture of excellence that drives safter and more efficient services and great experiences for patients, attendings and staff.

That culture hardwires efficiency, retains high performers, and motivates others to make positive changes in themselves and the way they work.
